Graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s from the University of New Orleans in 1987, Ms. Humphrey went on to pursue her law degree at Tulane Law School. Earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence cum laude in 1990, she was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association the same year and later, gained her license to practice in Georgia (2010). She holds an “Excellent” rating on Avvo.

Maintaining an active presence in the legal community, Ms. Humphrey is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association’s CLE Committee. As part of her volunteer service, she plays an active role in the One Good Deed program by the Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta. She also presents at various conferences and seminars on legal topics related to elder law.
