After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Illinois Chicago, Mr. Cheng earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law (now Mercer University School of Law) in 2012. He also holds a master’s degree in the field of management from Harvard University. As an outshining student, he was the vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the community service director of the Black Law Students Association.
