David Hanson

David Hanson is a seasoned trial attorney at Hanson Fuller Lina in Atlanta, Georgia, representing victims of catastrophic personal injury, nursing home abuse and complex medical malpractice nationwide. Having spent a decade at Georgia’s premier medical malpractice defense boutique, he brings a rare, insider perspective to high-stakes tort litigation. Medical malpractice serves as the cornerstone of Mr. Hanson’s trial practice. Additionally, in 2022, he served as lead counsel in two separate medical malpractice jury trials, driving both to successful verdicts for the injured parties he represented.
