A 1989 summa cum laude graduate of Tulane University, Mr. Pardue attended Yale Law School, where he served as editor for the Yale Journal on Regulation and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1993. The following year, the State Bar of Georgia admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Pardue has written extensively and conducted lectures and seminars across the country on a range of legal topics. He also maintains a legal podcast, and he is heavily involved in his legal community, as evidenced by his memberships and committee appointments with several local, state and national professional legal associations.
