Douglas P. Krevolin is a founding member of Krevolin & Horst LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. For more than 40 years, he has focused his practice on representing entrepreneurs, corporations and other business entities, real estate developers and lenders. He has handled a vast array of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, development, sales, leasing and financing matters.
He also serves as outside general counsel to a number of businesses in the area on business formation, financing, acquisitions and sales, contracts and corporate governance. Mr. Krevolin has been recognized by his clients and peers for his creative, proactive representation.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Krevolin received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1982 and is licensed to practice in Georgia. He is an active member of both the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
