Attorney Douglas B. Rohan is the founder of Rohan Law, PC, in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practices criminal defense, workers' compensation and personal injury law. In his criminal practice, he handles cases involving DUI, traffic tickets, and other misdemeanors and felonies. His injury practice focuses on workers’ compensation and wrongful death claims. As a licensed pilot, he is able to serve clients in Atlanta as well as throughout Georgia.
In his more than two decades of legal practice, Mr. Rohan has earned a reputation for providing outstanding legal services for all his clients. He knows the pressure his clients are facing and seeks to deliver strong and aggressive representation with the goal of achieving justice and fair compensation.
The son of a Cuban-born mother, Mr. Rohan is a fluent Spanish speaker, and is a widely recognized name in Georgia’s Latino community. He regularly provides legal analysis and commentary on Telemundo Atlanta and Cafe CNN and works with Mundo Hispanico. He is also a former board member of the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials. In 2020, he was recognized as one of the 50 most influential Latinos in Georgia.
Mr. Rohan is on the executive committee for the Georgia Injured Workers’ Advocates, an organization dedicated to legislative efforts supported the injured worker. He is also a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and The National Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Rohan earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Florida State University and received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. He acquired his license to practice law in 2000, which made him eligible to appear before all Georgia state courts. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Courts in the Northern District of Georgia.
