Attorney Dustin Baxter is a senior partner with Kuck | Baxter Immigration law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. A 2002 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Baxter returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2005. Early in his legal career, he completed the prestigious Attorney General’s Honors Program with the U.S. Department of Justice and served as attorney advisor for a time before entering private practice.
