A significant portion of his caseload involves discrimination that is prohibited by several federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

    Mr. Buckley has also assisted clients who have been the victims of sexual harassment, and his experience has additionally encompassed wage and hour violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act, wrongful termination and other acts of unlawful retaliation, and Family and Medical Leave Act denials. Outside of the courtroom, he has prepared and reviewed employment, severance and compensation agreements. Mr. Buckley’s clients have ranged from blue-collar workers to highly paid professionals and executives, and he has obtained millions of dollars in jury awards and negotiated settlements on their behalf.

    Mr. Buckley has earned a great deal of respect from his fellow attorneys for his successful track record and high degree of professional ethics. Mr. Buckley is a 1983 graduate of Emory University School of Law, and he is the founder of a non-profit organization that provides access to clean drinking water for residents of Haiti.
