Edward F. Kim

The founder and sole owner of Kim Law, Edward F. Kim focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. From his firm's office in Atlanta, Georgia, he provides vigorous advocacy for clients throughout the greater metropolitan area and across the state. Mr. Kim has been admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts since 2010.

Mr. Kim's client base is made up of people who have incurred economic and non-economic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of cases that he has handled during his distinguished career have arisen out of incidents including truck, motorcycle, and other types of motor vehicle accidents as well as premises liability. Mr. Kim has been able to recover millions of dollars in compensation for his plaintiff clients, through jury awards as well as through settlements that he has successfully negotiated out of court with defendants and their insurance carriers. As an undergraduate, Mr. Kim attended Emory University in Atlanta, and he received a Bachelor of Arts. He then went on to pursue his legal education at Dickinson School of Law, part of The Pennsylvania State University, and in 2010 he was awarded his Juris Doctor. In order to stay abreast of current developments in personal injury law and trial tactics and to forge connections with other attorneys, Mr. Kim is a member of several professional organizations.
