- Represented a barbershop in Smyrna, GA in a property damage case involving a large trash collection service, Waste Management. Waste Management initially disputed liability. Three months later, Waste Management settled the case for $60,000.00. , 2026
- Represented a large oil refinery in the state of Indiana regarding a personal liability notice statute. The subcontractor alleged that my client (the owner) was personally liable for the payment to the subcontractors due to the general contractor failing to pay the subcontractors. We filed a Rule 56 motion that was granted by the Court., 2022
- Represented an investment banking firm who was being investigated by FINRA for failing to report financial contributions made to political campaigns throughout the state of Alabama and failing to report outside business activities. Despite FINRA finding my client to be liable, FINRA did not impose a significant fine on my client and did not issue any suspensions. , 2022
- Represented a general contractor who completed roadwork for the City of Stonecrest, GA. The City of Stonecrest refused to pay my client the remaining amount due on the contract simply because they alleged my client did not follow proper procedures for a change order.
