Erik Olson

Attorney Erik Olson, of The Olson Law Firm, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia, concentrates his practice on personal injury law. He represents individuals and their family members in matters involving car accidents, premises liability, truck accidents and wrongful death. He takes on cases throughout the north Atlanta metropolitan region, including Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, Gwinnett and Paulding counties.

Mr. Olson has over 20 years of personal injury litigation experience. Over the course of his career, he has handled numerous trials, obtaining substantial settlements and verdicts. He provides personalized, compassionate service and is committed to fighting for the rights of individuals who have been injured or lost a loved one due to negligence.

In addition to managing his law practice, Mr. Olson enjoys giving back to his community. He is the recipient of the Volunteer of the Year award and the Georgia Pro Bono Service Award for his volunteer work with the Truancy Intervention Project. He is also the director of Alpharetta Jr. Raiders Boys Basketball. Active in his legal community, he is a former chair of the American Bar Association’s Health Law Litigation Committee.

Mr. Olson received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and earned his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Following law school, he passed the Georgia bar examination and became eligible to practice before all Georgia state courts. He holds a license before the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 11th Circuits.
