Attorney Profile

For over two decades, Fred Conklin has dedicated his career to the representation of clients throughout the State of Georgia. His practice is focused on the representation of injured workers in worker's compensation claims involving serious work injuries. Before his career as a workers' compensation attorney, Fred worked as an operations manager for a trucking company and later for a national labor contracting firm. This well-rounded experience provided firsthand perspective on what are often life-changing and devastating issues faced by those injured on the job in industries such as transportation, construction, healthcare, and retail.

Fred brings a powerful combination of experience, skill, and personal commitment to the representation of injured workers and accident victims. He holds a 10/10 rating from AVVO and has been named to the list of Georgia Super Lawyers three times, an honor reserved for 5% of the state’s attorneys. Fred earned his juris doctorate cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was president of his graduating class, and his bachelor’s degree in business and economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association.  When not practicing law, Fred is active in his church and numerous community organizations.
