Gene A. Major

As a partner at Fain, Major, Brennan, Sanford & Hardee, P.C., Gene A. Major is dedicated to serving clients in Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout the state. He focuses his practice on insurance defense, generally handling cases that involve water, fire and other homeowner insurance claims; medical, dental and life insurance claims; auto accident claims; insurance fraud and defense of bad faith insurance claims; indemnification and subrogation claims; premises and product liability claims; and defense of long-term disability claims.

In 1975, Mr. Major earned a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1979.

Having more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Major offers his clients large-firm capabilities while giving them the personalized, small-firm attention they deserve. He is committed to recognizing and defending each critical point of a client's particular case. Dedicated to resolving his clients' legal issues efficiently and cost effectively through arbitration, mediation or negotiation, Mr. Major will not hesitate to stand up for his clients and their rights in court, when necessary.
