Gordon Van Remmen

Gordon Van Remmen is a zealous civil litigation attorney at the Atlanta, Georgia, law firm Hall & Lampros, LLP. For more than seven years, he has been advocating for the rights of those who are seriously injured or financially harmed due the negligent actions of others. With a true passion for getting the results his clients deserve, he handles cases that involve personal injury, employment law and other general civil litigation matters at state and federal levels. 

At the University of Georgia, Mr. Remmen pursued his Bachelor of Arts and graduated in 2010. He completed his legal education at the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens in 2015. During his time there, he served as the articles editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and as a law clerk at the Griffin Judicial Circuit Superior Court for the Honorable Judge W. Fletcher Sams. 

First admitted to practice in the state courts of Georgia in 2015, Mr. Remmen is also authorized to appear before the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the appellate courts of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee. Since 2021, he is also licensed to practice in the state courts of Florida. 

No case is too complex or challenging for Mr. Remmen. He has taken on some of the largest corporations and insurance companies and secured many favorable verdicts and settlements on his clients’ behalf. He – along with his team of attorneys – also played an integral part in several insurance class action lawsuits and procured millions of dollars in compensation for his class members.

Mr. Remmen is a member of the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
