Serving clients throughout the United States from his office at The Keenan Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, Gregg Luther represents clients in matters of personal injury. Focusing his practice exclusively on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, he advocates for his clients’ safety and the protection of their rights. Through his relentless advocacy, he ensures the negligent party is held accountable for the harm or death they have caused.
Mr. Luther serves as a consult counsel, acting as a professional, behind-the-scenes trial strategist. He helps clients by masterfully engineering the case narrative, witness preparation, expert selection and completing trial blueprints to maximize their settlement or verdict potential. Through the Keenan Trial Institute, he also actively conducts seminars and instructs other lawyers, giving them the resources, tactics and assistance they need to succeed in every stage of their trial practice.
Kicking off his law career at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, Mr. Luther served as an editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor in 1992, he gained licensure to practice law in Oklahoma. Later in 2023, he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. After working for large medical malpractice defense firms in the state, he transitioned his practice to focus on the injured individuals, aiming to become their voice through their legal battle.
His previous defense experience sets Mr. Luther apart by providing him with a deeper insight into the tactics equipped by defense lawyers. His dedication ensures justice for clients, leveraging his unique insights and experience to navigate complex legal challenges effectively.
