Garland, 73 F.4th 244 (4th Cir. 2023) the Court held that an Immigration Court charging document needed to have the time and date for the hearing in order to support a Respondent being ordered removed in absentia.  This is beside the multitude of appellate wins at the Board of Immigration Appeals over the years.  We further specialize in Federal litiagation against the Department of Homeland Securtity, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Citizeship and Immigration Services reversing incorrect immigration decisions and getting detained immigrants released from ICE detention.
