The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, founded and supervised by Principal Member, H. Glenn Fogle, Jr., is one of the premiere boutique Immigration Law firms in the Southeastern United States. The firm is based in Atlanta, Georgia and has branch offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Los Angeles, California. The firm currently has five attorneys staffing the three offices. We specialize in all areas of immigration law, with a particular concentration in Immigration Court litigation, Federal Appellate Immigration Litigation and Federal District Court litigation against the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Fogle has six published victories in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in the Immigration field, an achievement not matched by any other lawyer to date in this Circuit and in 2019, he took the case, BARTON v. BARR, to the U.S. Supreme Court. Recently, he won a significant victory in the 4th Circuit in the case of Lazo-Gavidia v. Garland, 73 F.4th 244 (4th Cir. 2023) the Court held that an Immigration Court charging document needed to have the time and date for the hearing in order to support a Respondent being ordered removed in absentia.
