Haley Kairab

Working from her office at Piasta Walker Hagenbush, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia, Haley Kairab has dedicated her practice to assisting those who have been harmed by the careless actions of other people. Serving clients across Georgia and the U.S., she handles all aspects of personal injury, from products liability and premises liability to motor vehicle accidents and trucking accidents. A dedicated advocate, she prioritizes open communication with her clients, educating them and empowering them through their legal journey.

An alumna of the University of Georgia School of Law, Ms. Kairab was an active member of both moot court and mock trial, winning national titles while representing her school. She was also named the national champion of the Top Gun Mock Trial Competition, a competition that is reserved for top advocates from schools ranking in the top 16, along with her colleague. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2022.

With her experience representing survivors of childhood sexual assault and human trafficking with her school’s Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation (CEASE) Clinic, Ms. Kairab brings early exposure to helping victims to her practice. This background led to her securing a $1.3 million verdict in a motor vehicle collision in her first year of practice, winning over ten times the defense’s highest offer.

As a committed member of her community, Ms. Kairab takes on the role of an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia School of Law’s advocacy program. In this capacity, she passionately trains and mentors the next generation of lawyers, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for their future careers.
