Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)

• Settlement of a work related motor vehicle accident case.  Offer of $5,000 prior to engaging our services.  Case settled for $170,000 after multiple surgeries.  , 2023
• Controverted quadriplegic case was placed into litigation to pursue benefits despite an egregious defense of willful misconduct.  Following discovery, the case was mediated and settled for $7.2 million.  This was a complex structured settlement including a special needs trust. , 2024
• Traumatic brain injury workers' compensation claim settled for $2.4 million. Ms. Froy ensured that a good portion of the settlement was annuitized to protect the injured workers' future. , 2024
• Settlement of a traumatic brain injury case where our client was struck in the head by concrete for $375,000 plus the funding of a Medicare Set Aside, 2022
• Settlement for our client who suffered severe neck, back and extremity injuries while at work.  After multiple failed back and neck surgeries, Ms. Froy was able to get the claim accepted as catastrophic after requesting a hearing and the case was ultimately settled for $500,000 plus the funding of a Medicare Set Aside, 2022
• Traumatic Below-the-Knee Amputation – Settlement of $775,000.  31 year-old package handler suffered a traumatic amputation as a result of crush injury with a lift.  We were able to obtain a settlement nearly 12 times the amount of the injured worker’s prior attorney in only a few short months after taking over the case, 2021
• Judgment awarded reinstating injured workers' weekly income benefits and finding Employee's request for change in physician appropriate.   The Administrative Law Judge awarded Ms. Froy over $30,000.00 in assessed attorney's fees for the Employer/Insurer's unreasonable defense of the case, 2020
• Foot and Ankle Injury – Settlement of $975,000.00.  48-year-old customer service agent developed CRPS after rolling her right foot and ankle.  Treatment involved hyperbaric oxygen therapy and ongoing pain medications, 2020
• Closed Head and Cervical Spine Injuries – Settlement of $550,000.  28-year-old salesperson struck in head by pole leading to significant cognitive impairments, 2017
