Attorney J. Benjamin Finley is the managing partner of The Finley Firm, P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia. Licensed to practice in all state and federal courts across Alabama and Georgia, he offers mediation and litigation services for cases related to:

Mr. Finley completed his B.S. in business administration at Auburn University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, he was the class president and was part of the American Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition, representing the University of Georgia. He started his legal practice in general civil litigation and workers’ compensation in a prominent Atlanta law firm.

Mr. Finley has argued before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and all trial and appellate courts. He holds memberships in organizations such as the State Bar of Georgia, the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
