J. Bertram “Bert” Levy is a partner at the law offices of Cohan & Levy in Atlanta, Georgia, where he represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil matters. In 1987, Mr. Levy earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude. Later, he went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990. That same year, he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and began building a practice based on careful legal analysis and strong client relationships.

Mr. Levy is admitted to practice before numerous state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, allowing him to represent clients across multiple jurisdictions and stages of litigation.

An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Levy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s General Practice & Trial Law Section, the Insurance Law Section and the Real Property Law Section, as well as the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation Section.
