Jay Sadd represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance cases. Jay began his career in a large Atlanta downtown law firm, but has since devoted the last 25 years to representing catastrophically injured individuals and their families.  Jay has a consistent track record of success for his clients, and is a frequent lecturer in seminars for the education of fellow attorneys. He has served as President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and has received many awards, which include America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.

Jay has been lead counsel in cases in which his client has been awarded or recovered $22,000,000; $10,250,000; $7,600,000; $6,000,000; $5,600,000; $3,450,00;  $2,600,000; $2,300,000; $2,250,000; $2,100,000; $1,700,000; $1,600,000; $1,200,000; $1,000,000 and numerous other significant awards for compensation for losses suffered due to other’s wrongdoing and/or negligence.

Although a longtime resident of Atlanta, Ga., Jay was born and reared in West Virginia and is also a member of the West Virginia Bar Association.
