James William Stone

James William Stone is an attorney at Stone Law Group Trial Lawyers, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Stone practices personal injury law, working with cases involving catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, trucking accidents and other issues. He represents the injured and their families throughout Georgia.

During his time in practice, Mr. Stone has secured major sums in settlements and verdicts for his clients. He is committed to fighting for the rights of individuals who have been injured or who have lost a family member due to the negligence of others. Mr. Stone graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems. He went on to earn his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Stone is qualified to appear before the state courts of Georgia and Alabama. He also holds licenses to practice law before the appellate and supreme courts of both states, as well as the U.S. district courts for the northern and middle districts of Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
