Jason T. Schneider

With a premier legal career spanning over four decades, Jason Schneider has strived to provide the quality representation he is known for to his clients, helping them get compensation for the injuries they sustained due to no fault of their own. A co-founder and managing partner of Schneider Williamson in Atlanta, Georgia, he is well-equipped to handle complex personal injury cases pertaining to auto and industrial accidents, negligent security, manufacturing defects, premises liability and other negligence cases.  Actively involved within his legal community, he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and a frequent judge and coach for high school and college mock trial competitions.

Mr. Schneider completed his undergraduate studies in 1979, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York in Binghamton. He earned his law degree from Emory University Law School, strengthening the foundations that inform his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1984, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Georgia. Later, he became admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.

For his many contributions in constantly progressing the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights, Mr. Schneider has been rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating, and holds a “Superb” rating on Avvo. Additionally, he was included in the Top 25 Products Liability Trial Lawyers list by the National Trial Lawyers Association and was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for procuring multiple multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, including $2.85 million in a tractor-trailer accident case and $1.5 million in a manufacturing defect case.
