Jeff Holm is an accomplished trial attorney who advocates for individuals in high-stakes litigation throughout Georgia. - Marc Ruggerio v. USAI Advisors, LLC and Lee Terry, Fulton County State Court case no. 10-EV-011666. Following the conclusion of Plaintiff's presentation of his evidence at the trial, the Court granted our Rule 41(b) motion for involuntary dismissal of all claims against Mr. Terry. After having originally sought damages in excess of $200,000 from the Defendants, Plaintiff agreed to dismiss his remaining claim against USAI Advisors, LLC in exchange for USAI's dismissal of its counterclaim, and the parties agreed to mutual releases., 2012
