Attorney Jennifer L. Little heads a proficient team of attorneys at the Atlanta-based law firm Jennifer Little Law in Georgia. She has been practicing in Georgia since 2004 and has grown to be a well-established criminal defense attorney in the state. Her practice is concentrated on defending criminal charges including white collar crimes, sexual offenses, government and internal investigations, and other general criminal defense matters.
Enrolling in East Carolina University in 1997, Ms. Little secured her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2001. Later, in 2004, she graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Soon after, she joined as an assistant at the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s Office, where she got promoted to senior assistant. She then garnered experience working on varied cases as a partner at a prominent boutique firm for almost a decade.
Over the years, Ms. Little has handled a variety of cases from petty charges to serious felonies – officer brutality, shoplifting, DUI, assault and battery, juvenile charges, robbery, drug trafficking and public corruption. She has also represented civil clients on a fair share of cases involving allegations of negligent construction, personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, copyright infringements and acts of bad faith.
Ms. Little’s clientele includes some of the most high net worth individuals in the state whom she has successfully assisted in abating serious charges of perjury, embezzlement, tax evasion, obstruction of justice, domestic violence or bank fraud. At Jennifer Little Law, she focuses more on low-volume practice that allows her to provide exclusive attention to her clients in order to expedite the process of legal resolution.
Working closely with several politicians and political parties, Ms. Little serves as an adviser and advocate to handle the complications related to administrative proceedings or other scandals. She represents professionals before ethics committees, medical review boards and internal investigation councils. She also has proven her skills in driving litigation cases, recovering millions of dollars in civil litigation and personal injury cases, along with business litigation disputes.
Ms. Little is admitted to appear before the Georgia state and federal courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the U.S. and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. She has been honored with inclusions to the list of the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys’ 10 Best and The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100. In addition, she was recognized as the Attorney of the Year by the DeKalb District Attorney’s Office.

Her knowledge and experience as a former prosecutor help her criminal defense clients expertly navigate the complex maze of the criminal justice system. Jennifer is an attorney of intellect, integrity, and professionalism, and her clients are well served by having her as their counsel.”
“I have known Jennifer for over 5 years now and have served with her on the board of directors of the DeKalb Bar Association. I recently referred a criminal defense matter to her. Within minutes, and late at night, she was on the phone with the defendant's family and helped them understand the process. She achieved an excellent result and the client was very happy. I am happy that I have such a valuable resource to refer those cases to.”
