As a partner at Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP (formerly Caldwell, Propst & DeLoach, LLP), Mr. Moeser represents individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes, ranging from small privately-held companies to large publicly traded corporations. He regularly appears in state and federal courts as trial and appellate counsel, and has handled a wide spectrum of disputed matters, including:
- Will and trust disputes;
- Claims involving breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, conflicts of interest, and fiduciary self-dealing;
- Business torts and complex commercial matters;
- Contract disputes;

Mr. Moeser attended The College of William & Mary where he majored in government and history and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Mercer University School of Law in 1998. While at Mercer, Mr. Moeser served on the Mercer Law Review and was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society. Following law school, he clerked for the Hon. William T. Moore, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He then practiced at the Atlanta office of a large national law firm, and joined Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP in 2009.
Mr. Moeser has obtained favorable results for his clients in all stages of litigation, including trial. Fellow members of the bar have taken note, as evidenced by his receipt of a “Superb” peer review rating through Avvo. He has been admitted to practice in Georgia since 1998, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
