Attorney Jerome "Jerry" Froelich is the founder of the Atlanta law firm of Jerry Froelich. Before going into private practice in Georgia in 1984, Mr. Froelich had already built a reputation as a leading trial attorney while at the U.S. Attorney's Office. Today, after defending the people of Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett counties for more than three decades, Mr. Froelich is one of the country's top criminal defense attorneys, which leads accused individuals from across the country to seek his assistance when facing complex criminal charges, such as:

·         Federal tax evasion

·         Medicare and Medicaid fraud

·         Money laundering

·         Embezzlement

·         Government contract procurement fraud

·         RICO defense

·         Trade secret violations

·         SEC investigations

·         Insider trading

·         Stock manipulation

·         Securities fraud

Mr. Froelich began his legal career in 1974 after earning his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his admission to the State Bar of Georgia. Today, in addition to his approval to practice law in Georgia's state courts, the state of New Jersey has also issued its approval for him to practice in its courtrooms, and nearly 30 other states have issued pro hac vice approvals.

Over the course of his more than 40-year legal career, Mr. Froelich has earned the respect of his clients, his peers and the media. He has received a number of honors, including an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell and numerous mentions in prestigious publications, such as The New York Times. In addition, the U.S. Department of Justice invited him to teach at its Trial Advocacy School, which was the first such request issued to a criminal defense attorney.
