Judson Mallory

Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science from Samford University, Mr. Mallory went on to pursue his legal studies at the Georgia State University College of Law. While there, he earned high distinction for pro bono service and worked as a graduate research assistant. He was also a student attorney at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, a treasurer for the Legal Society for Intimate Violence Education (LIVE) and an adjunct columnist for The Docket. Furthermore, he was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Basic Federal Tax.

Graduating with his Juris Doctor degree in 2011, Mr. Mallory was licensed to practice in Georgia the same year. He assists clients with a diverse range of IRS and state tax matters, including audit representation, Georgia tax tribunal representation, trust fund recovery penalties, voluntary disclosure agreements, state tax audits and collections, and offshore foreign bank reporting compliance.
