Kelley Napier

Attorney Kelley Napier is a partner with Georgia Estate & Elder Law, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. A highly rated elder law and estate planning attorney, Ms. Napier has quickly established herself as one of the leading lawyers in the state for her practice areas. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in elder law. Ms. Napier's decision to become an attorney and focus on elder law and estate planning arose largely from her own experience of helping her grandmother navigate the long-term care system. After seeing firsthand the struggles and challenges so many face when trying to plan for incapacity while also seeking to protect themselves and their assets, Ms. Napier resolved to devote her profession to the service of those in need of a dedicated legal advocate.

Over the course of her legal career, Ms. Napier has achieved significant success helping her clients establish plans for the future while assisting them with creating lasting legacies. After graduating cum laude from Oglethorpe University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Ms. Napier earned her Master of Business Administration from Piedmont College in 2009. She began her elder law career assisting families with Medicaid Planning as a benefits specialist. She then enrolled at Georgia State University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2015 and received honors for her selfless pro bono service. She also served as student chair of the Atlanta Bar Association's Elder Law Section.

Since entering private practice, Ms. Napier has maintained active involvement in her legal community, and she is the president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the Stonewall Bar Association. She also serves on the board of Friends of Benson at the Dorothy Benson senior center and the Georgia Chapter of the Parkinson's Foundation.
