Kevin R. Fisher

The principal attorney at the Law Office of Kevin R. Fisher, Kevin R. Fisher founded his firm with a vision to provide effective legal services to the people of Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia. He concentrates his practice on criminal cases related to drug crimes, traffic violations, misdemeanors, driving under the influence, expungement and record restrictions, probation and parole issues, and other Georgia investigations. He is also experienced to handle personal injury cases.

After graduating from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994, Mr. Fisher continued his legal education and received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in North Haven, Connecticut, in 2004. During law school, he was awarded for Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy and was part of the Moot Court Honor Society. He was licensed to practice in the state of Georgia in 2009.

For more than a decade, Mr. Fisher has been fighting to protect the rights and entitlements of his clients in Georgia. He navigates the criminal justice system and gets his clients’ charges dismissed or reduced either through trial or plea bargains. He has a successful track record in and out of the courtroom, and has got multiple testimonials and referrals from his satisfied clients. He was selected for inclusion in Georgia Trend’s 2020 Legal Elite list.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Fisher worked as general counsel in a corporate sector, and he uses that experience to negotiate favorable deals for his clients. He is also certified in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Impaired Driving Chemical Testing. This knowledge helps him find fault or errors in the evidence used against his clients in court.

Mr. Fisher regularly volunteers to offer services to his community along with the local youth and their parents.
