After 2.5 years of litigation, two Rule 11 letters, and motions to dismiss and summary judgment from the Defendant, Plaintiff prevailed on her unpaid overtime claim in the amount of $651.56, with an equal amount for liquidated damages, and Defendant appealed to the 11th Circuit.
