Lauren J. Miller

Lauren Miller is a senior associate with Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. She represents clients throughout the greater Atlanta metro area and all across the state in contested estate, trust, and fiduciary matters; business disputes; and general civil litigation and appeals.

Ms. Miller is recognized within the legal community as a highly competent and creative lawyer with a proven track record of success with many of the firm’s most complex cases. Among other notable accomplishments, not long after joining the firm, Ms. Miller served as the lead trial lawyer on a case where she obtained a jury verdict of more than $1.6 million in a wrongful death action in the Superior Court of Talbot County. Over the years, she has been instrumental in securing successes in trial and appellate courts on behalf of the firm’s clients.

After her graduation from law school, Ms. Miller spent two years practicing family law at another established Atlanta law firm before joining Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach.

Ms. Miller is admitted to and has appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
