Since beginning his career in 2004, Michael A. Boutros’s passion for law has set him apart from his peers. Now a partner with Atlanta, Georgia, law firm Krevolin & Horst, LLC, Mr. Boutros focuses on business litigation, particularly in the areas of intellectual property, contract law and business torts. Mr. Boutros also handles matters pertaining to business appeals, corporate governance, securities and trade secrets. He accepts clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area, including Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Cobb counties, as well as across the state of Georgia.
Mr. Boutros is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Georgia and the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Northern District of Georgia. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Boutros earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from The College of New Jersey, graduating summa cum laude in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor in 2004 from the New York University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Boutros participated in the moot court board and took second place in the National Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition.
Remaining active in the legal community is important to Mr. Boutros, as well as contributing to those in need of his talents. He is a member of numerous bars and associations, including the Atlanta Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Boutros has volunteered his time to Habitat for Humanity and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
