Michael E. Gumprecht

Michael E. Gumprecht is the founding attorney of Gumprecht Law Firm in Kennesaw, Georgia. Mr. Gumprecht focuses his practice on personal injury, representing clients who have been injured or lost a loved one due to construction accidents, dog bites, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents and more. He also handles matters involving premises liability and wrongful death.

Mr. Gumprecht has been licensed to practice law since 2011 and is licensed in Georgia and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He earned membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive organization of attorneys who earned recoveries of more than  $1 million for their clients, because of his success in the personal injury field.

Mr. Gumprecht has received additional honors, including being featured in Georgia Trend magazine as a “legal elite” and being named one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the American Society of Legal Advocates and the National Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized by the American College of Trial Lawyers, Distinguished Justice Advocates, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and the National League of Renowned Attorneys.  

Mr. Gumprecht obtained a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and earned a law degree from Liberty University School of Law. He is a member of the Blue Ridge Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
