Michael G. Regas II

An attorney at the Stone Law Group, Michael G. Regas II focuses his practice exclusively on medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Working out of the firm’s offices in Atlanta, he provides representation to people throughout the state of Georgia. Mr. Regas has been admitted to practice in Georgia since 1991, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. In addition, he has been certified as a specialist in professional negligence by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.

Mr. Regas’ client base is made up of people who have suffered harm due to the negligence of other parties. The cases that he has handled have arisen out of such incidents as medical malpractice, defective products, premises liability, truck and other motor vehicle crashes, and workplace accidents.

During his career, Mr. Regas has been able to obtain millions of dollars in compensation for his plaintiff clients through jury awards and negotiated settlements, and his successful track record in and out of the courtroom has resulted in a great deal of acclaim from his fellow attorneys. Mr. Regas majored in finance at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1987. He obtained his legal education at Georgia State University College of Law, and in 1991, he was awarded his Juris Doctor. His professional affiliations include the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
