Michael J. Warshauer

I am proud to be one of only a handful of Board Certified Civil Trial Advocates who limit their practice to the representation of catastrophically injured individuals, and the families of those killed by the carelessness of others.  On multiple occasions I have helped my clients recover record verdicts and settlements. Because of my experience trying dozens of cases against railroads (among the most vigorously defended corporations in America), I am well prepared to help my clients in cases involving defective products, medical malpractice and truck wrecks against large corporations and health care conglomerates.  Our firm uses a team approach to handling cases in which we involve at least two lawyers, a highly trained paralegal, and sometimes our firm's in house medical doctor.

My peers elected me to be president of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and I have served several terms on the Executive Committee of the American Association for Justice.  I regularly teach continuing legal education courses and lead seminars for non-lawyers seeking to learn about the law.
