A seasoned litigator, Ms. Brown boasts extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. One of her notable victories includes successfully defending a doctor in a partnership dispute during a week-long jury trial. Her client was awarded the maximum damages permissible under the contract, while all claims against them were dismissed. In another recent triumph, she skillfully navigated a breach of contract case related to an employee’s separation agreement in Fulton County Superior Court, securing a $400,661 jury award for her client.

Ms. Brown's legal acumen extends to appellate success as well. She recently defended the appeal of a preliminary injunction that upheld a non-disparagement clause for her clients – three attorneys specializing in defamation – against a former Georgia lawyer, with the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals affirming the decision.

Educationally, Ms. Brown graduated with a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer Law School. During her time there, she distinguished herself as a corporate law moot court team member who won the national championship and significantly contributed to the Mercer Law Review. Her accolades include induction into the Order of Barristers and the Ruth T. West Award for Advocacy and Leadership. She is authorized to practice in all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Before venturing into business and employment law, Ms. Brown served as an Honors Fellow at the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, where she defended state employees in civil rights cases and represented various Georgia entities in tort claims. Acknowledging her significant influence, she was honored as the 2024 Young Attorney of the Year during the Southeastern Legal Awards. A 2019 alumna of the Georgia Young Lawyers Division’s Leadership Academy, she now serves as the chair for professionalism and ethics within the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
