Nathan C. Levy

Nathan Levy, partner with Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir, LLC, handles affairs on behalf of the firm not only regionally but state-wide. Nathan has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense since 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1997. Nathan is a member of the State Bar of Alabama and State Bar of Georgia. He served as 2003 Co-Chairman of the annual Workers' Compensation Seminar. He was also a speaker in 2006 and 2013 on Case Law Update at the annual Workers' Compensation Seminar and presented at the 2016 seminar on The Escalation of Pain Medication in Workers’ Compensation Cases. Nathan is a current member of the State Bar of Georgia Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee. Nathan represents numerous insurers, self-insureds and third party administrators. His areas of practice include General Litigation, Insurance Defense, and Workers' Compensation Defense.
