Nick Protentis

Nick Protentis is the visionary founder of Protentis Law, LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia. With over a decade of dedication to the legal field, his journey has been nothing short of remarkable. His practice area encompasses:

• Car accidents

Mr. Protentis embarked on his legal career at a notable Atlanta firm, tackling intricate cases involving fire incidents, explosions, negligent construction and product liability, which greatly enriched his knowledge and honed his skills. Before this, he sharpened his litigation prowess as an attorney for a major insurance company, guiding numerous cases to successful verdicts.

Hailing from New England, Mr. Protentis' academic journey began at Stonehill College in Massachusetts, where he received his undergraduate degree. He then ventured to Georgia State University College of Law, where he made his mark as a distinguished member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team, earned honors in litigation and completed an extensive externship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.

Mr. Protentis' commitment to service was evident even before his legal career took off. He played a pivotal role as a construction supervisor for Habitat for Humanity in Albany, Georgia, and was a dedicated member of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps in Charleston, South Carolina. While with AmeriCorps, he participated in various volunteer projects across the Southeast, working alongside organizations like the National Park Service and the Red Cross.

Today, Mr. Protentis remains an active and engaged member of the legal community. He is affiliated with the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he offers his valuable insights as a board member of the Sandy Springs Bar Association and serves on the Board of Advisers for a globally recognized hospital renowned for its treatment of multiple sclerosis, spinal and brain injuries, and other neuromuscular conditions.
