An astute and experienced civil litigation attorney, Nicole Jennings Wade is a partner at L. Lin Wood, P.C. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she handles a variety of matters representing businesses and individuals throughout the country. She has focused her practice on fiduciary litigation and has handled a wide variety of cases involving disputes over trusts and estates at both the trial court and the appellate level, including breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, will contests based on competency and undue influence, contested guardianships, and will and trust construction. She has represented personal representatives of high profile estates, including Anna Nicole Smith, Curtis Mayfield, Rankin Smith Sr., and Robert Rauschenberg.

Ms. Wade has also focused on defamation litigation and general commercial litigation. She has represented businesses and individuals in breach of contract lawsuits as well as complex cases involving malicious prosecution allegations, Section 1983 civil rights violations and First Amendment issues. In addition to being a strong advocate for her clients in the courtroom, Ms. Wade has experience with alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation.
