Nicole Jennings Wade is a co-founder of Wade, Grunberg & Wilson LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia, and Nashville, Tennessee. She works out of the Atlanta office, representing clients in the neighborhood in cases involving:

After completing her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1992, Ms. Wade went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan in 1995. She passed the bar and was admitted to practice in Georgia the same year. Her other court admissions include the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Active in the legal arena, she is a member of the American Bar Association, the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
