Nicole Jennings Wade is a co-founder of Wade, Grunberg & Wilson, LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia, and Nashville, Tennessee. She works out of the Atlanta office, representing clients primarily in cases involving:

After completing her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1992, Ms. Wade went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 1995. She was admitted to practice in Georgia the same year. Her other court admissions include the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Ms. Wade spent the first 20 years of her career with a national law firm prior to moving to a litigation boutique in 2015. In 2020, she and her current partners founded WGW, a firm where they can provide the highest quality legal services to their clients while still enjoying the practice of law.

Ms. Wade has served as a frequent guest speaker at seminars for institutional fiduciaries, including the Fiduciary Law Institute and the Estate Planning Institute. She is a member of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. She recently served on the Board, including as board chair, for the Partnership Against Domestic Violence in Atlanta.
