Subsequently, he pursued and successfully obtained his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, graduating in 2013.
During his tenure in law school, Mr. Simon served as an article editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and functioned as an oral advocate for Cumberland's national finalist moot court team. His notable involvement extended to the National Appellate Advocacy Championships in Chicago in 2013, where he demonstrated his prowess, ultimately earning the prestigious Hand Arendall Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.
Mr. Simon is an active participant in the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, as well as a dedicated member of both the Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. His insightful contributions have been featured in the Daily Report, the esteemed legal publication of Fulton County, Georgia, and the reputable American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Furthermore, he has shared his knowledge as a speaker at various continuing legal education conferences, focusing on pertinent topics related to family law cases.
