Philip C. Henry

Philip C. Henry is Of Counsel at Cash Krugler & Fredericks, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Henry practices personal injury law and represents clients throughout Georgia. He has been licensed to practice law since 1978 and has more than 40 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has litigated cases involving issues such as brain injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, trucking accidents and wrongful death.

Mr. Henry has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts and has been involved in many cases that have received significant media coverage. His success has earned him the AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating from the peer review organization.

Further recognition Mr. Henry has received includes being an elected member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and being consistently listed in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America". Georgia Trend magazine listed him among the "Legal Elite".

Outside of his practice, Mr. Henry lectures at conferences and seminars on personal injury and wrongful death topics. He also volunteers his time to Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and the Shepherd Center.

Mr. Henry earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, graduating with high honors. He earned his law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Prior to practicing personal injury law, he worked with an insurance defense law firm. This taught him about the methods used by insurance companies to defend against injury lawsuits and he continues to put this knowledge to use in his personal injury practice today.
