Philip J. Siegel

Proudly serving clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area in Georgia, Philip J. Siegel focuses his practice on labor and employment law and construction litigation. As a partner and shareholder at the law firm of Hendrick Phillips Salzman & Siegel, Mr. Siegel generally handles cases involving construction disputes, contract consulting and the defense of OSHA citations.

In 1994, Mr. Siegel graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in 1997.

Having more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. Siegel’s clients have included owners, general contractors and subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers and others in the construction industry. Taking pride in the role he plays in helping to protect their investments, as well as their operational interests, Mr. Siegel is committed to achieving effective and efficient resolutions on behalf of his clients to their legal issues. He represents clients on a national basis and has advocated on their behalf before the Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the U.S. Department of Labor. Mr. Siegel is actively involved in the legal community. He regularly speaks at seminars for professional groups, including the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, the Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association of Georgia, the Georgia Ready Mixed Concrete Association and the National Roofing Legal Resource Center, on construction-related topics. Mr. Siegel is also a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia, and he currently serves on the education committee for the Georgia Utility Contractors Association.
