Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Precious Felder is the Founder and Managing Attorney of The Law Offices of Precious Felder, a boutique firm devoted to helping clients protect what matters most their families, their futures, and their creative legacies.

From the very start of her career, Precious approached the law with passion and purpose. Immediately after earning her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, she began practicing full-time, representing clients in family law and entertainment matters with an unwavering commitment to advocacy and integrity. Her experience revealed a natural overlap between the two worlds — both centered around legacy, identity, and protection.

Over time, Precious refined her practice to focus on the areas where law meets life: family law, probate, estate planning, and entertainment law. Whether guiding a parent through custody or divorce, assisting families in preserving generational wealth, or helping artists and entrepreneurs protect their creative rights, her work is driven by one unifying philosophy, that family and creativity are the twin pillars of legacy.

Precious earned her Bachelor of Science in Music Business Management from Georgia State University before pursuing law, combining her creative insight with legal precision to serve a diverse clientele across Georgia’s families and creative industries. She is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law, Legislative Affairs, and Women in the Profession Committees.
