    Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Bond has achieved remarkable success advocating on behalf of both plaintiff and defendant clients alike in state and federal courts across his region. Along with maintaining a successful trial practice, he has also served as part-time Administrative Law Judge with the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings, a Special Master with the Superior Court and he has successfully handled numerous arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

    A 1981 honors graduate of Kennesaw State College, Mr. Bond obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1984. While there, he served on the Georgia Law Review's managing board, and he was an participant in several National Mock Trial Team competitions. He also served as Student Instructor of Appellate Advocacy, and he graduated Order of the Coif.

    Mr. Bond is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has written extensively and been a featured speaker at continuing legal education seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.

    A leader in his legal community, Mr. Bond has served on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society and the ACYL of the Atlanta Bar Association, where he was co-chair of the Law Day Committee. He has been a member of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section and Consumer Financial Services Committee, and he is a member of The Federalist Society, the Cobb County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, Alliance Defending Freedom, and the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.
