The founding partner of Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, Randall M. Kessler has provided compassionate advocacy for several years for his clients in the Atlanta, Georgia, metropolitan area, throughout Georgia including the counties of Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Cherokee, Forsyth, Gwinnett and across the state. His practice is focused exclusively on the area of family law including divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, post-decree order modifications and all related matters. He has authored many divorce related books including Divorce: Protect Yourself, Your Kids and Your Future (www.divorceprotect.com), The Georgia Library of Family Law Forms, and How to Mediate a Georgia Divorce.

Mr. Kessler received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1985. He was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1988 from Emory University School of Law. Mr. Kessler founded his current firm in 1991. Admitted to practice in Georgia, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Supreme Court of the United States.  Mr. Kessler is proficient in Spanish and Hebrew as well as English.

Over his years of practice, Mr. Kessler has earned the esteem of his professional colleagues. Mr. Kessler has also held high positions in several legal organizations. From 2011 to 2012, he chaired the Section of Family Law of the American Bar Association while serving in the same capacity for the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Kessler is also a past chair of the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and he has taught classes on family law litigation at his law school alma mater.
