Regina S. Molden

Attorney Regina S. Molden is the founder and managing partner of Molden & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. Serving both plaintiff and defendant clients throughout the state and across the country, Ms. Molden devotes her practice primarily to employment law and commercial litigation.

A staunch advocate for those she serves, Ms. Molden works hard to protect her clients' rights and interests in the face of serious and complex legal challenges. A summa cum laude graduate of Stillman College, Ms. Molden attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2001. The State Bar of Georgia admitted her to practice that same year, and Ms. Molden began her legal career serving as an associate with a prominent international law firm, where she gained invaluable insight and experience defending corporate executives and directors facing serious business-related claims, such as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.

Since establishing her own law firm, Ms. Molden has earned recognition as a top woman professional, and she has received a number of awards and honors for her professionalism and service. The American Institute of Legal Counsel voted her as one of the 10 Best Employment and Labor Law Attorneys in Georgia in 2016, and the Daily Report voted her among the state's top 10 lawyers under 40. She also holds high ratings from AVVO as well as the Silver Client Champion award from Martindale-Hubbell.
