Details
prior to practicing Consumer Advocacy, defending clients against unfair litigation tactics by various creditors all across the nation, Renee S. Richardson served her clients with their family law needs at The Manely Firm, P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia, and emphasizes compromise, understanding and moving forward. Her empathy to her clients’ situation enables her to work not just for the benefit of closing their case, but to provide an amicable resolution and a feeling of closure.
A compassionate individual, Ms. Richardson has always had a strong moral compass to help people in need, and she volunteers considerable time and resources to assisting local charities and other organizations such as Atlanta Mission and The Birthday Party Project. Since many of her commitments are focused on helping children and families in need, she is attentive to making sure that her clients’ family law issue gets resolved with minimum exposure to the children.
Ms. Richardson completed her undergraduate studies at Gannon University, graduating in 2016 with her B.A. degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish with pre-law concentration and paralegal certification. During this time, she was a part of Alpha Kappa Psi, Global Unity, Habitat for Humanity and Students Against Violence Everywhere. Her summer abroad in Seville, Spain, allowed her to understand and immerse herself in different cultures.
After graduation, Ms. Richardson worked as a paralegal while simultaneously enrolling at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She received her Juris Doctor in 2021 and was licensed to practice in Georgia the same year. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division and the Christian Legal Society.
