Robert F. Robert is actively involved in various legal organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”).  Robert is a leader within the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, serving as a member of its Executive Committee and chair of the Georgia Civil Justice PAC.  Robert was nominated and accepted to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2022 and serves as the organization’s Southeast Chapter’s treasurer.

Robert is an Atlanta native.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University of the South in 2002.  Robert obtained his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, cum laude, where he served as Senior Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, a member of the moot court board, and was elected by the entire student body as Honor Court Prosecutor during his third year.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.  Robert is an avid outdoorsman, having completed a semester course with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Alaska in 2002, an experience he credits to his work ethic and success.  Robert is also an award-winning western, big-game archery and mountain hunter.

  • Fernald v. Winfield (2010): Recovered at-fault party's full policy limits, pre-suit, for serious injuries Plaintiff suffered after being impaled into Defendant's windshield while riding a road bike on a public street.
  • $850,000.00 verdict in Cobb State Court for a woman that required a neck fusion resulting from a t-bone motor vehicle wreck.  Final defense offer was $100,000.00, 2016
  • Hunt v. Wal-Mart (2009): Obtained a $62,500 settlement for a slip-and-fall incident. 
  • Stonebridge v. Joseph Juhasz (2010): Obtained an $81,000 settlement for injuries arising from a motor-vehicle collision.
  • Brawner vs. Bryson: $95,000 settlement for child in an animal attack., 2011

  • Harris v. Blue Sky Condominiums, Red Hair Investment Group and Dossey Richards (2008): Obtained a $375,000 judgment in favor of a family that was the victim of a fraudulent real estate deal involving the sale of a $145,000 condominium conversion from an existing apartment complex.  The judgment included all of the family’s attorney’s fees and $225,000 in punitive damages.
  • Pacheco v. Regal Cinemas, Inc. and Perfections Security Management, LLC (2010): Served as second-chair counsel in a highly publicized negligent security and wrongful death case brought by a Hispanic family for the gang-related murder of their son in a movie theater parking lot.  Obtained a defense verdict after two weeks of trial.
  • Maitland vs. Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation and Corporate Services Management: $107,500 settlement for a slip-and-fall at the Atlanta Airport, 2011
