Robert F. Glass is a personal injury attorney and partner at Glass & Robson, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Glass has over a decade of legal experience representing clients throughout Georgia who have been seriously injured or lost a family member in an accident.
Prior to representing personal injury plaintiffs, Mr. Glass worked as a litigator on behalf of corporations and insurance companies. This background provides his clients with the unique advantage of using an attorney who understands how the other side will approach their case. Since shifting his focus to represent plaintiffs, he has recovered millions of dollars for injured Georgia residents and their families.

He went on to graduate cum laude from Mercer University School of Law, belonging to the Mercer Law Review and participating on the Moot Court Board. He is also a graduate of the American Association for Justice Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course.
Mr. Glass is qualified to practice law before all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

- Fernald v. Winfield (2010): Recovered at-fault party's full policy limits, pre-suit, for serious injuries Plaintiff suffered after being impaled into Defendant's windshield while riding a road bike on a public street.

The judgment included all of the family’s attorney’s fees and $225,000 in punitive damages.

Regal Cinemas, Inc. and Perfections Security Management, LLC (2010): Served as second-chair counsel in a highly publicized negligent security and wrongful death case brought by a Hispanic family for the gang-related murder of their son in a movie theater parking lot. Obtained a defense verdict after two weeks of trial.
- Maitland vs. Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation and Corporate Services Management: $107,500 settlement for a slip-and-fall at the Atlanta Airport, 2011

- Legacy Investment Communities LLC v. Fulton County (2008): Served as second-chair plaintiff’s counsel in a jury trial that resulted in an $180,000 verdict against Fulton County for selectively enforcing county ordinances against a developer.
